KU2208-H3 Hygon Dual-socket Server

The ESD KU2208-H3 is a 2U dual-socket rack server based on the domestic Hygon 5000 and 7000 series processors. It is a domestically-developed X86 architecture product aimed at information security and self-control. It has a dedicated security processor and Security Boot technology based on China's SM2, SM3, and SM4 national encryption algorithms, which avoids the threat of backdoors.

With a native X86 architecture, it provides a good ecological application environment and leading computing performance, memory bandwidth, and I/O expansion capability. Its overall performance is comparable to that of mainstream chips in the market. It also supports hardware virtualization functions, meeting performance and security requirements in complex application scenarios.

This product is suitable for fields such as government and enterprise offices, data storage, cloud computing, finance, and big data analysis.


Features

Powerful Performance:

Supports up to 64 cores and 128 threads with two Hygon 5000 or 7000 series processors.

Supports up to 128 PCIe channels and memory frequencies up to 3200MHz, providing high processing performance.

With 16 DDR4 DIMM memory slots, memory capacity can be expanded up to 2TB.


 Flexible Expansion:

Supports eight hot-swappable 3.5/2.5-inch hard drives and has two non-hot-swappable 2.5-inch hard drive bays, with the option for two additional hot-swappable 2.5-inch hard drive bays in the rear.

Supports six standard PCIe 4.0 expansion slots, which can be used for various PCIe expansion cards such as RAID cards, HBA cards, and NICs to further enhance I/O performance.


Security and Control:

Has a built-in dedicated security processor that complies with China's national encryption algorithm, and Security Boot technology to provide security protection.

Supports domestic secure operating systems such as Galaxy Kylin and UnionTech UOS, as well as mainstream systems such as Windows and Linux, with strong cross-platform compatibility and high security.


Intelligent Management:

Based on a user-friendly design concept, it can be maintained without tools. Enhanced optimization of some structural components enables quick disassembly and installation, greatly reducing maintenance time.

Real-time monitoring of hardware system parameters can be achieved through the web management interface, and alarm messages can be issued in advance, allowing technical personnel to take corresponding measures. Fault areas can also be quickly identified through the indicator lights on the front panel, simplifying maintenance work, speeding up problem resolution, and ensuring stable operation of the machine.
